2. Avoid teeth whitening

Many people have this habit of getting their teeth whitened by using solutions or bleach. These solutions contain harsh chemicals that can negatively affect your teeth health and protective layer.

If you want whiter teeth, make sure you brush after consuming foods like chocolate or coffee and use safer and natural home remedies. You may also consult a dentist for a safer teeth whitening procedure.

3. Avoid sugary foods

It is one of the most prevalent food consumption habits that are responsible for sensitive teeth.

When you consume a sugary treat like a chocolate or a sweet, they increase the risk of tooth decay by forming cavities.

In order to avoid this, keep your sweet consumption to a minimum and make sure you brush your teeth after.

4. Do not brush immediately after eating

Ensure a gap of at least 30 minutes after consumption before you brush your teeth.

5. Change brush often

Most people use the same toothbrush for months at a stretch. However, this is not hygienic for good teeth health.
