Take care of your body:
Taking care of yourself physically and mentally is important for overall sound health.

Learn how to deal with stress
Stress is a part of life! Practice taking it as a challenge and adapt an activity to resolve it. Try nature walk, playing with the pet, exercise in outdoors, etc. Laughter works as a medicine too. It ease pain, boost your immune system and relax your body.
Quiet your mind
Your mind needs some space from thoughts too! Try meditation and mindfulness. Meditation improves your state of mind and helps you feel calm to enhance your mood. Get connected to the spiritual source and practice well-being.
Set realistic and achievable goals
Decide what you achieve professionally and academically. Write down your goals and path to achieve it. Aim high, but be realistic in the process. Set the roadmap to success in the achievable goals. Every milestone will give you a sense of achievement.
Break the monotony
Monotonous routine is boring! Change your workspace and schedule of the day. Change your jogging route, plan a road trip, cook something, etc. The idea is to break the schedule so as to rejuvenate self for productive days ahead.

Limit sugar intake and add more magnesium to your diet
Cut back on added sugar. Balance your energy levels by including more dark chocolate in day to day life and inducing more magnesium in the diet. It balances your sugar level and helps alleviate fatigue and headache.
